So blow horn or sound horn

When I first arrived to India and left the airport in New Delhi, I was going by car to the hotel. It was late night about 2-3 am. Dark roads, and trucks on highway. I read on back side of one of the trucks the following:
"Blow horn"
"Use dipper at night"
First time I saw it, it was very funny. I thought that it is a joke :) But then there were second, third, tenth trucks... And all of them had the same writing on the back. I didn't ask the driver about it at that night, because we both were very tired.
On the next day I moved to Chandigarh. Same writings... :) I was always smiling when I see this writings :)
At the end of 3rd week in Chandigarh, we got an idea to go to Shimla. Idea came on saturday evening at 5 pm. At 5:05 pm, we were on the road to Shimla :) 5-6 hours way to Shimla was full with trucks... and these writings... And now I started to understand that it is not a joke... I would say it like a part of driving culture in India :) If you are slow write it :) Something like that. In any case, such writing in any other european country would be a joke, but not in India... :)
At the end of 4th week I moved to Chennai and I was expecting that I will see same writings here... But I saw different:
"Sound horn"
It was very impressive... :)))

Air Deccan...

Very interesting air lines I used to fly today... :)

First impression was when I got boarding pass... There was no seat number... I though that it will be some very domestic flight... In some very old plane with chickens in the cabin :)))

But plane was big AirBus 320... :) After I enter the plane I though 2 things, where to seat, and when will be something to eat availale... :)
For the first one I got answer like, where ever you want... :) That is very good I though after I found plane full only for 20% persent. It means I can sleep easily on my personal row of seats... :)))
For the second one, I found an answer in the air line journal... :))) This was most impressive thing :))) It is very interesting feeling, when you want to eat, but you are reading something where it is written, that there will be nothing to eat :))) Yeah, thats right, this Air Deccan airlines doesn't serve meal in the plane... :)

So I continue reading an article about the company. It was saying that they provide very cheap tickets... How:
- plane parked in the airport eats money
- too much staff eat money
- meal: their statement: Who cares about a meal in the plane... :)))
- no tickets sale points, commonly internet
- etc.

So this guys cut their expences, provided cheap flights, generated 270 flights per day with limited staff and services... :)

Great I like good ideas.. :)

Flight to Chennai...

Today I moved from Chandigarh to Chennai... Flight was through New Delhi. I spent 11 hours to reach it from the moment I checked out from Hotel in Chandigarh... :) Both flights were delayed. I would say like always, because I used indian domestic airlines 3 times so far, and all flights were delayed for 2 hours at least...

Next time before flying with domestic airlines, I should take something to eat and to drink :) because domestic airports don't have any duty free or cafes after check in...

Haskell...

One of my friends asked to help in writing a small program in Haskell... I'm not saying that I'm master in programming... But such... I don't know how to call this language... I saw first time... I spent 5 hours to understand its syntax and create two dimensional array...

I wonder if there any practical task which can be solved better using Haskell than any other language?...

Tea...

I just wonder why in almost all languages hindi, russian, turkish group and others tea is "chay", but only english calls chay "tea"... :)

Is there any other language which is not using "chay"?...
